Vietnam: Powering the 110kV Dong Anh - Van Tri second circuit

Implementing a series of activities of customer grateful Month, on December
20, 2016, Hanoi Power Corporation (EVN HANOI) had powered the 110kV Dong
Anh - Van Tri second circuit to ensure electricity supply and strengthen
reliability for power grid of Hanoi northern districts.

The project with a total investment level of VND 173 billion invested by EVN
HANOI includes to improve the existing 110kV single circuit line from Dong
Anh 110kV transformer substation to Van Tri 220/110kV transformer substation
into double circuit one and to supplement some new feeders at Dong Anh
substation.

With completing construction, the project has improved electricity quality,
promoted safe supply and operational flexibility, and reduced losses for
regional power grid.
